| Course Objective |
The students develop professional competence in
culinary skills necessary for commercial food production
operation.
Students acquire knowledge and ability to master
various skills in the preparation of Indian. Continental
and Chinese dishes by employing good work habits,
appropriate cooking techniques, tools and equipment
in a manner to prevent nutritional and material
loss, waste and damage. They also develop the right
attitudes to the craft. |

Certificates are awarded to students
after appearing for the examination upon successful
completion of the respective course with Certificate
from Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Examination,
Mumbai. Successful candidatse may enroll their certificates
in respective employment & self-employment office
to become eligible for various benefits offered
under relevant sections of Self Employment Schemes.
Students also receive Complimentary Certificate
after successful completion of Complimentary Modules.
